I purchased the syska gadget insurance while purchasing my samsung A9 pro in Oct. In Jan there was an incident where my mobile got wet and eeded repair. Syska had my mobile number registered and naturally, since i had no phone, that doesnt work now. despite repetitive calls , mails and requests , they refused to process my request and kept on reinventing the wheel by saying that my contact details were not reachable. When u call the call centre, the seniors are always busy and the call desk person mr.vxxxxl refuses to give his name or his seniors name. You call this hassle free?
