I had taken two 3G Postpaid connection on 07/07/2016. Both connections have not functioned properly since Activation, till date (11/10/2016). I have complained through e-mail several times but to no avail. Initially the Customer Care executive called on my cell and confirmed that Reliance was facing problem with cell Towers. Till date I have paid my Bills always on time. If my Internet problems continue, I shall refrain from paying my bills until all problems are resolved. Please do the needful.
