Complaint regarding Reliance 3G to 4G migration plans

I purchased Reliance 3G Wipod with CDMA post paid plan of Rs 999 40GB in mid December 2015. When reliance upgraded its 3G plans to 4G in August 2016 , they promised us that they wont change the plan rates for 6 months for existing costumers . But after 2 minths of service they have changed their plans without information due to which I am getting a bill of Rs 8469.11 as of 5th October 2016 . I have already raised a complain – 250610355 & 1397390 over this issue , but still not resolved.

    I too bought Reliance 3g postpaid true unlimited plan. I was happy with 3g true unlimited 999 plan. But later they have upgraded to 4g. My 3g data card was not working. then i was talking to them online chat. They told me that i have to upgrade my devise and they told the plan was same no change for existing customers. I bought 4g devise. In this meant time i could not get 3g or 4g service. But the reliance has charged me. later my plan was changed and i got bill Rs.1597. The reliance has done this without intimating. I have asked about information so many times but they (customer care) were saying different person differently. They haven’t right information regarding to 4g upgrading.
    Their data base and the people of customer care were not trained properly according to update plans. I have got deactivated my plan. And I haven’t pay my due bill still today. Because i couldn’t get service or good service. Not only me so many people experienced like this. My friend also got same experience as me. This will affect the reliance more negatively in future. I won’t use any service of them in future. Not only me even my friends also won’t use.
