Complaint regarding Reliance BIG TV service

I am a customer of Reliance Digital Tv from past few yeaes. Customer ID 200942196278, residing at Bangalore.. I had recharged for a yearly pack last January, 17 but now all off a sudden, the services are been stopped effective 10th October 2017 without any reason or intimation and I still have 4 months of service due. I would hereby, request you to take required steps & help me get my refund back for the remaining period & also conpensation for the stresss handeled & amount of time wasted .

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
