Reliance big tv very pathetic service. Value: 2499. I have recharged 2499 for my reliance bigtv on feb 2018 for two years subscription. but from last 60-65days we are not getting any channels which we have subscribed i had sent many mails to technical team.and many cals to customer care executives but no proper responce from them. when ever i make a cal to customer care they just saying to wait for 24hr 72hrs 84hrs etc but not resolving the issue from last 60days i am realy fedup with relaiance big tv .please i request you to take action as early as posible
