Complaint regarding Reliance BIG TV services

My RELIANCE BIG TV DTH connection(Andrapradesh/South india).from past 3 months they not provided major channels(Telugu).last to last month it stopped all E TV channels by showing error “Services will resume shortly” .Next month they stopped all SUN network channels also. This month only few channels are working. I tried Reliance DTH customer care many times from past 3 months but it’s not connected to executives.call got dis connected before transferred to customer support automatically. This is not only for me,i have enquired with many other subscribers of big tv they are also having same problem .
Even the complaint website of big tv and other many websites many customer complained on same issue.
So please take is as Problem of Community not as a single persons. I have good hope one your forum please resolve .

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
