My reliance broadband id:353903123203. My service was suspended due to non-payment of the bill dated 11-10-2014 of RS 785.40. Then I got the call from customer care asking reason for not paying the bill. I told that I was going out for 4 months so want to disconnect the service.They requested not to disconnect as they will adjust the bill for 4 months. After coming when I called for adjustment they told me to pay the entire amount first. I refused and asked for the adjusted bill,  but they denied.Then I put a request for service cancelation, request id 229689290(on 3-02-2015 at 1:57:30PM). After many requests and emails got call from the retention department(no:02230384848) and she told me not to pay the amount if I don’t want and requested me to submit Modem()request id:230702795. I agreed and waited for their visit, but they didn’t come within the told time. I again called customer care to enquire the issue and they told that the connection is still active and daily I am getting the threatening call from 09015160725, saying to pay the entire bill else have to face legal action.

I am very unhappy with the services and feeling as being bluffed and also have wasted lots of energy and time on the issue.
Also, I don’t want to face any legal action and cannot pay the bills as I have not used the service.
