My name is Piyush Patel. Respectfully, I want to say that, I have been a consumer of Reliance Broadband. I had to pay rupee 2000 for 3 Months (quarterly plan).

I had requested for shifting of my reliance Broadband connection on 25th march 2015 (complaint no- 231516871) from EK 346 to Ek 433 Vijay nagar. I was told by reliance representatives that your connection will be shifted within 5 days, but they didn’t take any action and made fake promises till 6th april 2015, and they finally told me that we are unable to proceed your shifting request due to some technical issues .They requested me to terminate the connection So I made a request for termination of my connection on 6th april 2015 (complaint no -231948308).

It’s been a one n half month and they didn’t terminate my connection and they have generated their next bill. I called many times to reliance broadband helpline also mailed them and visited their office at BMC Heights Indore.

Sir, I request you to Kindly look into the matter and Give a proper punishment to reliance Broadband India for mentally harassing me and also provide me a suitable refund for that.
