This is regarding to Reliance Broadband. We paid amount for Broadband in 23rd-July-2016 for installation of broadband company give time of 2 to 3 days but not installed connection and provide wrong information time to time. We are calling in customer care and demand info about process of installation but they said we are send complain to upper level and said that in 24hrs problem will be resolved and customer care called you but every time they repeat it and not provide the solution.
When I email in head office they are replied work in process but company salesman and engineers clearly said that they are not able to processed it. Company give all time wrong info and said team is working on it.

When I’m search on internet we get that information if company is not able to work it is refund the money in 45 days but company is not refund and after 45 days company said team working on it and connection will be installed in next 24hrs.

I am online teacher who teach online but when company is not provide internet i loss money because i am not tech online and fired from company after that we calculate the loss of these 45 days that is much more it is loss of money and job.
