I have taken reliance broadband connection on 15/02/2016 and from 16/02/2016 my internet has stopped working or having frequent disconnection problem. In spite of my repetitive complaints to reliance broadband customer care (I did more than 8 complains since 17/02/2016. Instead of solving my problem they have closed my all the complaints saying your complaints are auto closed as we didn’t find any problem in our server while my problem still persist.

Still I am facing net connectivity issue which is yet to be resolved.

I tried calling their local sales team who sold me this connection as well to their technical team who installed this connection at my place but all are in vain as no body is giving me satisfactory answer nor trying to solve my problem.

I am suffering a huge monitory loss due to unavailability of this net connection e.g. unable to do my shares & stock trading online, unable to trade in MCX as well unable to access my bank account for some utility bill payment as well some fund transfer. It has been 10 days now since my internet connection is not working properly and nobody from the service provider end to resolve my problem nor to answer me satisfactorily.

Finally I have decided to complain here and expecting the right justice for the physical, monitory and mental loss I am facing.
Hope you will expedite my problem on a priority basis and update me with the further proceeding.

I am attaching herewith the string of mail I sent to reliance broadband along with all the details still resulting in zero.
