My reliance broadband service with customer ID 394264112291 has stopped working since 15 may 2016.
I registered a complain for the same with Complain ID 245975359. They are not providing a refund of the advance rental and still generating bills and asking for bill payment. Till date there is no effort to solve the issue. They are only generating bills and keep calling for bill payment.
I have all calls recorded and emails. My advance rental worth Rs. 628/- and installation charges 799 /- are wasted.

  2. Reliance Broadband Customer Care has not shown any interest in solving my complaint which is pending since 15 May, i.e 50 days have passed.

    Neither they are ready to refund the advance rental for May, during which the service was not working.

    Furthermore, I received emails and calls to pay the advance rental for June as well, even though the service is still not working

  3. Reliance local team removed the connection (cut off the connection wire to my house) after timely payment of advance rental.

    This is a serious case of fraud by Reliance Communications as they are neither refunding the advance rental not they are starting the service.

    I am suing Reliance for wrongful termination of service and fraud.
