I am facing poor internet speed issue on my reliance jio prepaid number- 79xxxxxxx9 from last 1 week. And i finally decided to call reliance jio’s customer care number on 198 regarding my issue. So i called. After 5 min of waiting finally call was received and they check all my information and as i demand for complaint, they said that they don’t have permissions to register my complaint. But they have clearly mention that there 198 number is for complaints. I don’t know why they say that. After arguing with them, they said that they are transferring my call to there seniors and i said ok and they put my call on hold. So then i’m waiting for there senior to pick my call. And it’s been 1 hour i’m waiting for there answer. This is truly misbehaving from customer support of reliance jio. My network issue was far from solution.

(recording is in my regional language-marathi) (sorry..recording file was bigger than 2 mb, i can’t upload it) you will get an idea from this that how much time i was waiting for there reply.
Please help me with this. I’m in trouble.
