I have got my Sim on 24th August via code generate on my Asus ZenFone 2 Laser Ze550kl from UTTARPARA RELIANCE DIGITAL EXPRESS MINI and submitted documents. After 10 days I’ve not got any sms from JIO neither they haven’t sent my document for activation. Yesterday, they did call me for Bio Metric scan to activation of the Sim. I went the store and they told me “IF YOU HAVE ASUS DEVICE OR ANY LENOVO, VIVO, PANASONIC,THE SYSTEM WON’T WORK FOR THESE DEVICESES, ONLY LYF AND SAMSUNG DEVICES ARE WORKING”. They forcefully TOOK MY SIM BACK AND GAVE ME MY PHOTO AND RID THE DOCUMENTS AND THOUGH IN JUNK AND TOLD THE DOCUMENT REJECTED”
TODAY I went the store again, they refuse me to give a new SIM via open SIM Distribution. Not only me, our friends who have got Asus, lenovo or vivo devices, their Documents also rejected via Uttarpara Reliance Digital Store.
I didn’t expect this type of behavior from Reliance employees. Thank you JIO for this pathetic service and harassment and one thing you know, I’m going to complain at consumer forum.
