Complaint regarding Reliance Netconnect billing

I have used Reliance Netconnect since 2013 to July 2016 upto my last bill amount Rs. 272 has been paid.
Reliance 4G migration in july 2016 without prior intimation my connection got disconnect. I have paid prodata basis bill amount also. There is no pending in my side. Even though i paid bill but still I am getting message or email reliance stating that i need to pay Rs.1222.I have sent mail regarding this issue to reliance customer care and Rcomcollection.tn(@)relainceada.com but THERE IS NO RESPONSE their end.

I called their customer care number 1800 3000 5555 on 21-07-2016 register my compliant and there is no proper response from their customer care official(Call recorded audio is Available with me).

Received call from another number on 19-oct-2016 again i explained all the details to him also. I am getting irritated/ torture through mails/calls/SMS due to this.They are giving mental torture to me and family.

Request take the necessary action on reliance for my mental torturing.
