I had Reliance Reconnect LED – 3203 which has brought on 13 th Nov 2012 with 2 years warranty.

After completed 2 years warranty of above mentioned LED TV, I had purchased extended 2 years RESQ plan of RS. 2750/- with validity period from 13th NOv 2014 to 12th NOv 2016.

From last month above mentioned LED start giving display problem for the I has launched a complaint with Reliance RESQ as Request ID -> (20347725) on dated 30 th Sep 2016. RESQ technician attend it on 1st Oct 2016 but issue doesn’t resolve.

For that again I had launched complaint with Reliance RESQ as request ID-> (20356590, dated 12th OCt 2016). Again technician ResQ technician inspect it and agree to change for LED display panel within a 7 days.

But after calling 3 to 4 times yesterday which was 30 th Oct 2016 Reliance RESQ told me that sir LED display panel not available so we are offering you a 20% depreciation amount which is RS.3998/- of original buy price which is RS.19990/-

They are cheater how would they refund such amount for any part it’s not feasible for me because due problem in LED display panel TV will be unusable.

Also I didn’t understand on what basis they are calculating refund amount. As for extended RESQ plan I had already paid RS. 2750/- for Reliance ResQ. SO they are giving me only RS.{3998 – 2750 = 1248 } which is purely fraud.

Also as if part is not available then why they are selling RESQ plan to customer. I would like to request them it’s your fault as part is not available. Without LED display panel my TV is unusable so I am refusing your refund amount.

If LED display panel part is not available then without that MY LED is unusable due to that I have to purchased a new LED then who will responsible for that. I had attached all the RESQ plan and original buy bill receipt of above mentioned LED. I would request to indiaconsumer forum to lookout in this issue and try to resolve asap.
