Complaint regarding Reliance wipod slow connectivity

Got the reliance wi pod dongle on 16th Oct 2015 under 999 postpaid plan for a cap of 40Gb. The guy who sold me the dongle has promised me a speed of minimum 5mbps and a max speed of 14mbps. Well i have activated on 18/oct/15. Took 2 days for activation and that’s a separate story altogether. As soon as i activated i noticed that the Internet speed is too slow, couldn’t even load a Google page quickly. I have tried almost all the settings with the permutation and combination but no luck whatsoever. I have reached out the customer service and lodged a complaint on the same day 18/oct. I got the below sms “Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service request no. is 238875753. Your request will be resolved in the next 72 Hours. Till now (30/oct/15) the problem hasn’t been resolved and no call back from anyone. I had called so many times and i used to receive the same reply saying that the issue is currently forwarded to network team and will be sorted out in a day or two. Iam literally tired and frustrated to the core. Today i have tried 3 times to disconnect my service. Even that is not happening. They simply put me on hold for one hour and they disconnect it. Its not just happened once but thrice just today.

Please Please Please, i request you to deactivate the service asap. I am tired of waiting for things to get resolved.
