A samsung Fridge Model No. RT2935TNBSZ purchased from Jodhpur in the year 2012 is not cooling and making a lot of sound. A complaint to the customer care No. 18002668282 was made under Ref. No. 8478321465 on 25.09.2015. The engineer from the service centre Jodhpur examined the Fridge and told that the censor is burnt and the item costing Rs. 150/- will have to be procured from Jaipur. The censor procured from Jaipur did not fit in the Fridge. Hence, another censor is being procured by the service centre. The complaint was made on 25.09.2015 and a world class company like Samsung is taking so long to make the Fridge serviceable. Two- three reminders on the customer care No. did not prove to be fruitful. I do not understand what to do now.
