Complaint regarding repairing Woodland shoes

I have purchased a pair of shoes from woodland from great india palace mall noida.. which is worth 4700 rs… and the date for purchase was 25 th december,2015. The product has a warranty of 3 months which was till 24th march, 2016… the shoes were not in good condition and were defected from manufacturing. and i gave the shoes to the mayur vihar branch to replace or to repair them.. which can be done to fix this problem.. and i gave the shoes on 6th march, 2016.. they told me that the shoes will be fixed within 7-10 days and i’ll be informed to receieve them from their store but… after 25th march 2016, when i didnt recieve any positive revert from the store and the customer care number i decided to file an complaint to consumer forum.. then the store executive gave me the number for the area manager to ask him for further details.. he told me to give him a day to work on for this… and he will revert me asap… but after 4-5 more days passsed i decided to call him but he didnt answer the phone and the customer care executive told me to contact store and the store told me that they dont know what to do. finally after 7th april.. i got the call from the store that your shoe is in poor condition and it will not be replaced as it js not under waranty but the shoe was under waranty till 24th march. and they told me that i can have any item from the store which will be worth 75% of the shoes price which was 3700 somethings. but it was under waranty when i gave it to them.. now they are not providing any positive revert for the same… plz do something for this… waiting for your revert thanks
