I was facing issues with my Nexus 6 and gave it to the local service center on Oct 7. I was promised that the repaired set would be given to me in 7 to 10 days. I have been following up with local center and the motorola care for last 3 weeks but still no resolution. Every time I am told that I would get the handset in 2-3 days. The escalation number is 151028-020558. Where should I report to either get my repaired handset or the replacement.
