I bought a UPS from APC in July 2016. Within a span of one year the unit failed 5 times (battery failed 4 times and transformer failed once) Each time someone from APC comes and replaces the battery and says issue will no longer occur, but it fails again.

The battery was replaced in below dates: 16/08/2017, 16/03/2017, 04/05/2017 & 15/06/2017

On 5th time they said the issue is with Transformer over heating and replaced the whole unit with a refurbished one, except battery, today (23/08/2017) and it again failed few hours after the engineer left the site.

Since its on warranty period I can afford to change it, but the when its out of warranty the engineer told I have no option but to buy a new product. Its sad to see such a reputed company having pathetic product quality and poor service. I want APC to give me a brand new product including battery.
