Complaint regarding replacement by Shopcj of defective product

In April 2016, I ordered some cosmetic jewellery from Shop CJ. They sent me a defective product and ever since I have been following up with them for a replacement/refund. All my efforts of calling and after that emailing them (trail of emails attached) have gone in vain. They have a very poor Customer Support team who does not even have the basic respect to talk to customers. Despite giving them warnings about going to consumer court, they just do not care one bit and continue to behave the way they wish to. As common people we only succumb to such fraudulent dealers. Please help!
