I buying mi company mobile Redmi note 3 model. using e-commerce website www.mi.com on 17 oct 2016 and I recieved product on 18th oct 2016 evening 4.00 pm but when I open the courier and check its damage product received at my side. after that on 19th oct 2016 I registered a complaint at mi customer support and they are registered my complaint with complaint I’d – 161019010356 and they are give me a replacement timeline 10 working days. but with in their time line I can’t replacement my damage product from their side. and every day I call him and send mail but from their side I can’t receive appropriate answer ..and after with in 15 days backend team call me and tell me that you have to send this product at our whorehouse on your own expense again it’s not right because damage product received from their sides..after that they are ready to give me accessories of courier amount that I paid.

On 8 November 2016 I send the damage product at Xiaomi whorehouse Bangalore with my own expense and on 9 November 2016 4.00 pm product successfully delivered.and they are give me again 5 to 7 working days timeline..once again with that time line is completed and more days going on and I can’t update about my replacement product and I call every day they are not give me a specific date only tell me that our team working on it and they are contacting you as soon as possible …and someone tell me our team contacting you with in 24 hours and etc..but I can’t satisfied mi service and I also pay 11000 rs mobile cost + 600 rs courier charges..and one month complete for this case but I can’t receive my new product and also not further update regarding this..so I requeste you please take appropriate action on it and solve my problem..
