Complaint regarding replacement of Mi earphones under warranty

I have purchesed two mi in ear headphone from mi.com, which had 6 months warranty but both headphones wasnt working after two months so I applied for replacement under warranty on 16th june 2016(HHIN1606160009126) service order number. So they told me it will take 15 days for replacement since i tried to call the service center but they dont have any registred number to call so I called xiaomi support but they said it will take 15 days more so I waited now its been almost 2 months I havent recived any thing from them not even a call so can you help me they are just avoiding me right now.

    I purchased JBL earphones , which stopped working after 5 months, since then for the last 5 months I am trying to get it replaced/exchanged. I also couriered the product to their service centre address provided by them but they returned it saying service centre has been closed.
