I purchased Panasonic Eluga I2 smartphone in sept,2016 and due to problem in charging of phone I’ve submitted the phone in service centre on 17th March 2017 and after 4 months of constant follow ups, several complaints (which they never responded) (by all the channels like on call,email, through post, facebook, twitter) finally they gave me DOA certificate (for replacement) on 25th July 2017 with a promise of complete new warranty but that is also of no use as there are no distributors available to provide me my phone they are saying to wait for another 15-20 days.

I don’t believe in their promises any more and I am wiling now to confront them at any level for the psychological and economical harassment they have done on me and my family from last over 4 months.
