I booked resort on 30dec 2017,,, I need to chek in on 31 Dec 2017 on 12 pm,, I went there the resort people’s are not intending me on inside due that my booked was not confirmed,, but I get the booked it and also confirmation mail from him,,,I waiting still 8 pm in the resort gate,, there is jungle unsafed area,,, we waited my family with kids,, I tried so many times to customer care ,,there are telling that we are working on it,,wait for 20 minutes,, half day passed,but I did not get any resolution. We came back to my house,, I want my money has to refund and take serious action against make my trip,
