I ordered this product on 27th February 2017 and i received this on 3rd march 2017 , but the phone was having battery issue so i created a replacement of this product which took 25 days to get it to me . 28th march 2017 i got the replacement product but the touch was faulty of this product , i tried to troubleshoot shoot the problem myself but it didn’t work so i again created refund of my product on 28th march itself .

But till the date 10th april 2017 pickup has not been made and i was promised on call that I will get my refund if the pickup doesn’t take place before 5th april 2017. But when i complained them regarding this thing they deactivated my flipkart account and cancelled my pickup and told me that i will never get to return my product and i am bound to keep that product as they are not responsible for this. Please help me regarding this , just pick my product and refund my amount
