I have ordered 5 items in an order and returned 2 of the products. These two are having return id #21391564. These items have been picked up on 28th August, 2015. I have written a mail request earlier to refund the amount through the original mode of payment i.e net banking. However, I did not recieve any amount in my account till date.
So, I called up the customer care team. At first, I was told that the request is closed as there was no bank details and a complained was raised. The transaction was done through net banking so I believe, they can transfer in the original mode of payment. I ringed up the customer care once again. This time I was told “the logistics team has no information about the items being picked”. Are you kidding me? This is a gross negligence of Jabong team’s part. The main concern here is that the return amount is quite high i.e around 5000-6000. Please note that I have made a lot of purchases at Jabong. And this is how they treat their customers. Absolutely no customer value and trust. Ridiculous service!
