I have ordered 2 black bean bags of comfy company if Feb-2016 thru snapdeal app, but i received 2 black bean bags of DOLPHIN company. As its a different brand than ordered; i had initiated for returning & replacement thru snapdeal app. I had returned the 2 bags and the replacement was made with same 2 bags. Then i have contacted snapdeal customer care and asked for returning & replacement for the 2 bags. The Cus.care executive suggested that he has initiated the process of returning & replacement and i need not do anything from my app.
Then after courier guy from VULCAN approached to take back the bags and i have handed over the 2 bags to him. In turn he provided the receipt with no.AWBR900126751.
Then after i received only one black bean bag (order id:881226927) without any brand label & identification on the product. Immediately i have contacted snapdeal customer care and explained about the receipt of only one bag and questioned about the other bag (order id: 881395544). The customer care executive realized me that returning & replacement for one bag only was initiated. Then i have informed him that i have returned the 2 bags to the VULCAN couriers and provided the AWB details to him. And requested to return & replace this one bag that is received (order id: 881226927). And also requested to cancel the other bag (order id: 881395544) & refund its amount.
Then after returning & replacement of one bag (order id: 88126927) was successful as i compromised (coz again recived bag of DOLPHIN make )my self to keep the received one.
But refunding of the other cancelled bag (order id: 881395544) is not yet made, even though several times am contacting the snapdeal customer care. Every time i need to explain this whole story and every time they are making false promises. Rather than understanding & solving the problem more mis communcations are happening from snapdeal customer care executives.
Looking forward for refunding (of 799.00) to my account.
I have every details / proofs /voice recordings of all communications and video evidences of every receipt, return & replacements with wrong product. if needed it can be submitted to relevant legal authorities to take appropriate legal action under relevant jurisdiction.
