Complaint regarding return of product to Amazon vendor

I purchase a battery on 10 January 2018 from amazon with in 10 days I give a return request on 19 January 2018 and I call them for making a return they said that we will return the product and give you refund with in 2 or 3 working days. I wait but no respond was there, I again call then the said seller is not responding and then they file a claim against the seller,but no profit of that,then I again n again call they file a big priority claim.but I didn’t get my refund.this continued and no one give my refund.then I call 23 Feb 2018 then they said we will not refund you because the seller has deny for giving my refund,then they said that (we will not give ur refund and I asked why they said seller has deny for giving my payment back),I have send a return request with in the time period but they are not giving my refund, and I called many times till now,but my problem is not resolve.
