Complaint regarding return policy of Amazon

I ve purchased a sony cyber shot DSC H300 camara on 10th oct from Amazon but i got outdated product & i didn’t get the quality & performance as i accepted & therefore i applied for return within limit which is till 27th oct but the customer service representative said that this policy is not available after the option is showing to me in my orders & when i said to return the item they said this is not in our hand we can’t help you, also they said so many stupid thinks just we can’t make more benefits to customer, there is nobody who will help you to return the product and do on but I’ve all the proofs in there customer service call recording & screenshots & detail taken by their app in my account where showing that my product is eligible for return till 27th oct. I want my refund & return that product what can i do please help me my huge amount approx 11000 INR are interested in this product.
