Complaint regarding room cancellation by GoIbibo

I have booked hotel in Mount Abu through GOIBIBO in Hotel Swagat for the period of 31st Oct. 2016 To 3rd Nov 2016. Booking confirmation generated and on the confirmation it is clearly mentioned that no re confirmation is required. No any further communication from GOIBIBO except 17th Oct 2016 by Mr. Sxxxxxxh and after that Mr. Rxxxxxxl Dxxxxxn and Mr. Axxxxxn respectively. I have booked hotel as on 26th Aug 2016 and on 17th Oct 2016 they inform that rooms not available in Hotel Swagat. If room not available why booking conformation generated. Its like confirm ticket in my hand but no set available in BUS/TRAIN/FLIGHT. Why so??? Now they had force fully accomodate me in a bad hotel compare to hotel Swagat. I want Rs. 1 Lakh compensation for my mental harresment and for their mis communication. and for their poor service and nacligence.
