I have bought a product (Running Shoe) in Jabong (I promise I won’t do that mistake again) and had to return the same because of improper size. I have asked in the forum for help. They started sending me e-Mails the moment someone write a new forum for their problem. To put it in simple way, for every issue somebody posted in Jabong Forum, an email will be sent to me. I have raised my initial request on March 23rd, 2016 and I am constantly reminding them following up to solve the issue (today is May 25th, 2016) . The request has been constantly ignored and continues to sending me tons of emails every day. Please get me out help Jabong follow proper standards in customer service.
