Complaint regarding sales by vector ecommerce through whatsapp

I bought clothing from the below vendor on 20-september 2017,25 September 2017(two catalogues). Vector e commerce, Ghandinagar, siliguri, 734001

Vector e commerce Approached me through wats up for online buy and sell, so i had ordered two ladies kurta catalogues, she asked me to pay full amount pre payment for the consignment of Rs9420 of one catalogue, Rs4200 of another catalogue to her IDBI BANK, PATLIPUTRA COLONY, PATNA BRANCH, i transferred her full amount on bank on first transaction on 20-09-2017,and second transaction on 25-09-2017 from my south indian bank, Kondotty branch.
When i have received the parcel via speed post on 28-9-2017 evening, i found that the catalogue i received is different catalogue and not full catalogue a half of a different catalogue.

My correct order catalogue are 12 quantities of s4u by shivali race 2, and lt nitya cotton kurtis of 12 quantity, but i received 7 pieces kajri kurtis with low quality.

When i tried to call her, the number is switched off, that is only her wats up number, we cannot call through this number only wats up call allowed, i tried calling her but she is not answering, the second order yet not received, i don’t know what will be the next catalogue would be,my cash is gone.
