Complaint regarding Samsung AC service

I bought my Ac a less than a month back and after that I no one came to install my AC for a week. Thereafter 1 week the AC stopped working and had to call up the customer care who are rude people and have no information, and not at all bothered to help their customer. They routed me to wrong service centers, service centers never pick the phone up, engineers never come on time which means a whole day of hassle and missing office. Again with 10 days my AC has stopped working and this time, I had to write my grievances here as this is not what I have expected when I bought an AC with a hefty price. Please kindly help me get a new AC which will work.
