Taking a undue advantage by samsung co. with the innocent customer.they made treaty with the service centre to gain the arbitrage profit.

In my case , i purchased a refrigerator.Now there is cooling from date 14/04/2017 but till date it is not solved . I regularly contact to samsung co. and register my complaint from day to day .

Only once a time , the service center person come to examine the fridge and tell there is a leakage of gas.However co. says there is used of gas which is due to used of refrigerator excessive. Both are telling lie to gain some undue advantage profit.

Even when the service person is come , no job sheet is taken by him , so that he would ensure us that the main problem is gas leakage . All are corrupt.
