I purchased a samsung mobile “Samsung Galaxy A-7” from an authorized Samsung Dealer on dt. 17.08.2015. After using the mobile, it was found that the mobile phone was having a manufacturing defect. It becomes excessively heated while making/receiving any call. The mobile also becomes heated while charging. Therefore, i returned the mobile to dealer on dt. 19.08.2015. On the date of purchase, the dealer has assured that if the mobile phone will have any defect within 7 days of purchase, it will be replaced. But now, the dealer is saying that the mobile phone has been sent to the Samsung Service Centre, Jammu for repairing and i can get my mobile after 10-15 days. If the problem of heating of mobile continues further, it will be again sent to Jammu Service Centre. It is requested to Consumer Forum to kindly consider my complaint. I want my mobile phone to be replaced as the purchased mobile had a manufacturing defect and i returned the same after two days of purchase to the supplier.
