Complaint regarding Samsung Galaxy claim under Appsdaily Insurance

I am composing this mail inorder to make you aware about my disappointment in appsdaily insurance service. I submitted my phone’ Samsung galaxy A8′ for repairing at appsdaily service center at Aluva on 14 July 2016. I got my phone back approximately after 10 days. Actually my phone’s primary camera outer glass cover was damaged but they replaced my camera lens with a much worse one. And after the service, my phone’s display sealing is broken and is falling apart from the body. My audio jack is not working properly. Sensors are not working. My camera is filled with dark spots. My phone is completely in wrecked Condition. I have appsdaily platinum insurance. I payed 2500 for insurance when I buy the phone and a additional 1500 when I submitted the phone for repairing at your service centre Aluva. My intimation ID is “ADN_140716_197727509”. I have been contacting appsdaily representative Mr. Sxxxxh[Area Sales Manager] regarding this problem for the last 3 months. I am completely fed up with appsdaily service and need a phone replacement.
