Complaint regarding Samsung Galaxy On5 from Flipkart

I bought a Samsung Galaxy On5 from Flipkart. It is only one month from the date of purchase but my phone is giving lots of problems like Software problem, camera issue, sound issue. I went to the service centre 3 times but I need proper resolution. I don’t need this phone, I want refund.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
