I hv purchased a phone(Samsung galaxy grand) from EZONE, PLOT NO 1, EDM MALL, KAUSHAMBI, GHAZIABAD, UP on 19th Feb 2015. According to the purchased date its in the warranty period, it had the problem that the phone hanged at so many times so I showed this to the Samsung service center and they said to me that it is not in the warranty period. I paid for that (service charge rs 230). After paying the service charge I went the show room where I had purchased the mobile phone, they said to me that we will contact u what the problem is behind this…BT they are not doing there work, so pls take some action against them.
