Complaint regarding Samsung J7 prime servicing

I’m using samsung j7 prime. I purchased on July 2017. From starting month I’m facing problem. However I hv visited samsung service center. After few days again I’m facing different problem. Still I’m facing the problems. 2day on 29/10/2017. I’m in near malad west life line hospital samsung service center. No one have attended me year. Call center and service center was pathetic. However I want solution. And I want my refund that was my money which I have paid not samsung. Not samsung service center. Please help me with this.. I’m tired of types things
