Company Name :- Samsung Type:- led tv 32” Date of Purchase:- 01/02/2018 Under warranty: yes (1 year) Problem details :- as per consumer he has led tv of samsung company his issue after installation on 04/02/2018 (approx.) while watching tv , tv was vibrated first then falling down then he complaintin customer care on 07/02/2018 they said him we can’t repair this tv this is physical damaged not manufacturing defect and he paid rs.14000/- for repairing it consumer want to complaint against Samsung company .
