I have given my Samsung J 7 mobile to Aundh Service Center as it stopped working. I brought it on 23 March 2016 and it got admitted to service center on 23rd June 2016. As per SC person, they dont have parts to replace and they will start refund process.
However now they are saying me that parts will be available after 20th jul and company will not refund. Mean while as necessity i brought new mobile as they asked me to submit documents to initiate refund. Please suggest me what can i do.
