I Have purchased one Mobile Handset of Samsung on 05.01.2016 Model no SM-A800FZDEINS,, with one year warranty by the Company. But on 05.07.2016 it has damaged. therefore i have shown it to the authorised service centre of samsung. but they refused to servicing this mobile within warranty period due to customer misuse and demand Rs. 7706.00 as a service charge. therefore i have contracted with CEO office of Samsung for the Solution. But the Reply over E-Mail by the CEO office without any proper justification that they will not able to provide Warranty and demand Rs. 7706.00 as a service Charge due to Tampering and improper Usages over this Mobile. However no tampering and no improper Usages has been made over this Handset. And the Summery of Mrs. Sxxxxa Sxxxxxxa, Senior executive, Samsung india electronics Pvt. limited may be assessed that the Samsung product only cab be displayed in the showcase but not for daily usages. and By return E-Mail i want to comfirm this point but no response has been received. So this is not only Cheating to the Consumer but also harrashment tothe consumer. hence put up for early solution.

  1. til today no satisfactory response has been received from the Samsung India electronics Pvt. Ltd. Therefore samsung is the brand, can be identified for unsupportive.
