I have purchased Samsung handset model number G355H (357926067975438) on 7th Jun 2015. Immediately after one week of purchase i started facing issue in phone book vs call display. If I am calling person “A” then display comes as person “B” and same issue happens for incoming call.
I approached samsung service centre at Nandanam, Chennai in the month of Aug and sep three times. They uploaded new software in my first two visit but in third visit they directed me to samsung customer care.
I wrote mail to samsung customer care in third week of Sep and they adviced me to meet miss pxxxxa at same service centre for uploading of binary software. I approached same service centre on 3rd oct and meet miss pxxxxxxa for software upload. She uploaded software and assured that now issue will not happen again.
However from next day itself same issue again.
Again I approached Samsung 5th time and sent mail on 23rd oct (Ref No 8473371536) about the problem, their executive called me on 24th oct and listened my issue and promised to get back in nex 2 day but nothing happened.
Further again 6th time I sent mail on 30th Oct (Ref No same as above) and today Miss Kxxxxxn from samsung called me and asked me to go to same service centre again and reload software and she told that service centre will only solve the problem and there is no other option.
Now i am getting crushed by samsung and they are playing football with me. My product is under warranty and samsung already did 4 attempts to solve the issue but all failed.
I want samsung to replace my handset with new one in place of this defective piece because I am 100% confident about inability of samsung to solve this issue. Request your support.
