We have bought samsung refrigerator 570l RT-77KBSM on 14/10/2009. On 25/12/2014 we were asked to change the compressor for which we paid 10515/-in cash.
On 11/06/2015 again same problem arised and they changed the compressor and refilled gas.
on 31/07/2015 again refrigerator was not working when checked by executive he said gas problem.
now again on 09/11/2015 refrigerator is not working.
I as a consumer not satisfed wtih service resolution and support by Samsung India and want to file a case against Samsung India.
Please help us what details else needed from my side for taking this case forward.
