Myself krishna prakash; I am contacting you from tamil nadu.
Sir I bought a Samsung Mobile Phone (model no: GT-I8552) on 8/9/2013. After about 10 months my phone developed the complaint of switching off by itself. And when I switch it back on, the battery would have drained by atleast 40% ie., initially if it was 96% then it would be around 64% after I turn it on.

I contacted my nearest authorised Samsung service centre (Saravana electronics, New no:35, old no: 38, naicker street(1st floor),madurai – 625 001.) And they advised me for a software replacement under warranty. I did it and My phone was working well for the next few months.  After about 3 months it again developed the same complaint.

Again I went to the same service centre and they adviced me for a software replacement.  This time since my warranty coverage has expired,  I opted for a paid replacement of the software.  It was working well for the next three months after which it developed the same complaint.  I again went to the same service centre and this time they told me that the complaint was with my battery and charging port.

They advised me for the replacement of the same. I opted for a paid replacement of my battery and charging port at an expense of Rs.1884, on 23/12/2012 and they assured me that my complaint has been completely resolved.

After 3 days same complaint aroused again for which they did a software replacement without any billing.

The previous complaint again came up and then I registered a written complaint with the Samsung they asked me to contact the service centre and promised me that my complaint will be resolved this time.

Today I went to the same service centre(23/3/2015), and they told that the actual complaint is with the motherboard and asked me to replace it.

Sir this is the fifth time I am going to service my phone and till now I haven’t got my complaint rectified. One time they are saying the complaint is with the battery the next they tell me it is with the software. Now it’s the motherboard. I lost a lot of money in this deeds.

The service centre people are making me go crazy.
I humbly request you to do the needful so that I get a suitable relief.
