I have purchased Samsung Mobile on 12th Nov, 2016 from my home town from Shop. – Sister Mobile – Bhubaneswar-9. Bill no. 16055. model – Samsung – SM-B313. after 20 days of purchase the hand set started auto reboot and getting switched off. I have logged complaint with Samsung Mobile customer care (reff. No – 3712287136/3712583238/ 4228323378) logged complaints 4-5 times.

Every time executive took my hardware set for two days and returning me with saying the issue have been resolved but, again the issue started after 1 hour of handover. I have fed-up with taking rounds to their suggested centers but no getting proper resolution nor getting replacement of hardware set.

Please help me to get the replacement of my mobile as it is in warranty but the executives not supporting for the change.
