Am writing this post as a very disappointed and angry customer of Samsung. My side by side door fridge (two years old) stopped working. Got it repaired. After exactly two weeks stopped working again. It has been 8 days now and engineer still says that spare part is en route from delhi. Distance between delhi and Mumbai takes 5 days, as per him. We don’t work on Sundays and holidays, and after office hours. So wait another 7 days. This is the most ridiculous service i have experienced. How is one expected to survive without a fridge. And is there is meaning of the word priority or escalation???? Am thoroughly disappointed with this callous attitude.
Such an expensive fridge and only two years old. And on top of it, such service. Just ridiculous
