All the grievances can be found in the service request number 4213471299 registered with Samsung. which I am following up with the call centre for past 2 days . But everytime I get a response service engineer will call you but no one calls.

It’s a brand new TV for which the audio is not working.But the installation personnel came ,installed the same without the set top box being unavailable and so could not show the demo. Upon connecting the set top box later we found the audio is not working. However the engineer could have done the sound test during installation without the set top box which he did not.Now. 2 days have been passed by just due to the irresponsibility of the service person and call centre guys. Who will take the responsibility if the warranty period or exchange period is over? Obviously Samsung I guess.But are the Samsung guys afraid of attending audio issues? Don’the they have skillsets? or just they deliberately wanting the exchange period to be over?
Request to consumer forum to look at the same so that the defective product is replaced
