Complaint regarding Samsung washing machine repeated repairs

I have a Samsung washing machine which I purchased in February 2014. It stopped working in march 2017. For its repair Samsung charged me Rs. 4000/- on 11th March 2017. Within a week of its repair it stopped working again. The engineer visited and said that I will have to pay Rs. 4000/- again for its repair which I refused to pay. And thanks to the consumer court, Samsung repaired it free of cost this time on 22nd March 2017. Again in April it stopped working. The engineer visited again and said it has the same problem for which I had paid Rs. 4000/-. But he said it is a minor problem and he repaired it using some acid . Earlier for this problem he had claimed to be a major issue and had charged me Rs. 4000/-. I think Samsung people have goofed up and have spoilt my machine. Again it’s been a week since it is not working and there is no response from the company. I am completely harassed by Samsung and now need a complete solution to the problem. In fact I now need a replacement of my machine which Samsung service center has completed goofed up with.
